Nashville Maserati Dealer
As a Nashville Tennessee, based attorney and legal advisor. I just noticed that I have a new neighbor coming into the area over on Comtide Court in Cool Springs across from the Galleria Mall. It appears as if a Maserati dealership is coming to Nashville, TN and will be called Maserati of Nashville. Hello Lawyer Wu,
I have a quick question about Used Engines that I need your professional advice on and know only you can help. I recently was in the market for used engines for both of my BMW 325’s that my wife and I both drive, We purchased both cars at the same time in 2000 and the current mileage on them is between 80,000 and 100,000 miles. I drive a little more than my wife so I racked up a few more miles on my own. The reason for writing is, I find it highly coincidental that both motors locked up within 3 months of each other and even more coincidental that each one was just out of warranty from the manufacture. I have always had the vehicles serviced at manufacturers recommended times at the dealer where we purchased them at new. I also have a toyota pickup that I use for odds and end running around that is 15 years old with over 150,000 miles and it still runs like brand new.

Hello Lawyer Wu, I have been receiving harassing phone calls from 469-484-5750 a company called the Windsor Equity Group in Dallas Texas. They are looking for someone with the same last name but no relation to me. After telling them I couldn’t help, they kept calling and calling and eventually I was terminated by my employer for the harassing phone calls.
Turns out this company Global Equity Group was featured on Dateline NBC for their fraudulent practices and illegal activities. The company president states that it is the cost of doing business. You should read the reviews on Windsor Equity Group , it is amazing at what criminal activities they have gotten away with.

I work in the field of automotive sales and leasing for a large car dealership located in Utah. Recently I was involved in a collision while driving a company car for the dealership that I work for. The accident was declared my fault because I rear ended someone and all rear end collisions are considered to be at fault to the person in the rear.
As a result of my crash I was terminated from my job and the employer is really out to get me by letting everyone know how dumb I was for wrecking one of their cars. Finding automotive jobs are not real hard, unless you have an employer that slanders you to everyone he talks with.

I purchase a new Dodge Ram truck with a cummins diesel power engine in it which is very popular for it’s aftermarket modifications and parts that help the vehicle get much better fuel mileage and performance. The problem is the manufacturer claims that any modifications to the truck will void the warranty.

Hello, I purchased a lottery ticket here in New Jersey several years ago, but had misplaced it shortly thereafter. I just started back playin the lottery this past week and decided to check my old ticket that had been used as bookmark. Sure enough I had a winning ticket for $5,000 for getting all of the numbers on an old pick 3 ticket.
Naturally I read the disclaimer to see what the rules and regulations on the back of the lottery ticket, which it stated that I had to claim any lottery winnings within 90 days of the drawing date. I contacted the NJ Lottery Results office and they say there is nothing they can do. So my question to you is, can I do anything to get my money?

I have been looking at using a Pet Cremation business located in Arkansas and I have heard many good things about the company from family, friends and the research that I have conducted online, which by the way is hard finding out anything about pet cremation businesses period much less those located in Arkansas.
Anyway, how do I know that the company is in good standing with the necessary agencies.

Q. I was looking at a property for sale in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas and noticed that the neighbors fence was protruding past the flags where the property was marked coming over into the one we were looking at. Does that mean that the neighbor has to pull the fence up and move it. I mean what are the laws regarding people going onto your property when putting a fence up? I called the Hot Springs Village Real Estate association and they said it was a matter that would have to be handled downtown, but it seems to me if the property is marked and they went over, then they need to make it right.

Q. Hello I have a piece of property for sale on Lake Greeson, Arkansas. Recently I was offered a owner finance option by someone here that specializes in unique pieces of Lake Greeson Real Estate. If I make an owner financing deal on this piece of real este that I have for sale, how do I know that I am protected like I would if I were to have used a title company.
I have never been in an owner finance type of situation and it just doesn’t seem legit. Do I need to take any special measures to protect my investment? Thanks in advance for any advice you may have.
