New Jersey Lottery Results – NJLottery

Hello, I purchased a lottery ticket here in New Jersey several years ago, but had misplaced it shortly thereafter. I just started back playin the lottery this past week and decided to check my old ticket that had been used as bookmark. Sure enough I had a winning ticket for $5,000 for getting all of the numbers on an old pick 3 ticket.

Naturally I read the disclaimer to see what the rules and regulations on the back of the lottery ticket, which it stated that I had to claim any lottery winnings within 90 days of the drawing date. I contacted the NJ Lottery Results office and they say there is nothing they can do. So my question to you is, can I do anything to get my money?

Pet Cremation Arkansas

I have been looking at using a Pet Cremation business located in Arkansas and I have heard many good things about the company from family, friends and the research that I have conducted online, which by the way is hard finding out anything about pet cremation businesses period much less those located in Arkansas.

Anyway, how do I know that the company is in good standing with the necessary agencies.

Hot Springs Village Real Estate

Q. I was looking at a property for sale in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas and noticed that the neighbors fence was protruding past the flags where the property was marked coming over into the one we were looking at. Does that mean that the neighbor has to pull the fence up and move it. I mean what are the laws regarding people going onto your property when putting a fence up? I called the Hot Springs Village Real Estate association and they said it was a matter that would have to be handled downtown, but it seems to me if the property is marked and they went over, then they need to make it right.

Lake Greeson Reale Estate

Q. Hello I have a piece of property for sale on Lake Greeson, Arkansas. Recently I was offered a owner finance option by someone here that specializes in unique pieces of Lake Greeson Real Estate. If I make an owner financing deal on this piece of real este that I have for sale, how do I know that I am protected like I would if I were to have used a title company.

I have never been in an owner finance type of situation and it just doesn’t seem legit. Do I need to take any special measures to protect my investment? Thanks in advance for any advice you may have.

Can I pay someone’s medical or education expenses and not be taxed for making a gift?

Yes. In addition to the $13,000 annual Gift Tax exclusion, there is a 100% exclusion when you make direct payments FOR someone’s medical bills or tuition expenses. Both the medical and educational exclusions are allowed without regard to the relationship—so the recipient need not be a close relative or your dependent. The payments must be made directly to the medical care provider or the educational institution. Payments to the recipient cancels the tax benefit. Room and board, supplies, books and other fees do not qualify.

A qualifying educational organization is one that normally maintains a regular faculty and curriculum and normally has a regularly enrolled body of pupils or students.

Does a speeding motorist have the right to see the radar gun?

You have a right to see the gun and to see the basis for which the cop is stopping you. You’ll need to do some work, but you can also subpoena the calibration records for the gun. In California, for example, if it wasn’t calibrated within the last 10 days of your stop, you win.

What happens if I die without a will?

If a person dies without a Will (known as dying “intestate”), his or her property must go through the probate process in order to have the legal title to the property transferred to the heirs at law. The probate court appoints a Personal Representative (frequently called an “Administrator” or “Administratrix”) to receive all claims against the estate, pay creditors, and then distribute all remaining property in accordance with the laws of the state.

What are my rights on taking lunch?

Federal law does not require that employees be given lunch breaks, but many state laws do. In California, for example, the general rule for meal periods is that no person may be employed for a work period of more than five hours without a meal period of not less than 30 minutes. However, the meal period may be waived by mutual consent if a work period of not more than six hours will complete the day’s work. Unless the employee is completely relieved of duty, the meal period must be considered time worked. Also, if employees must eat on the premises, a suitable place for that purpose must be designated.

Lake Greeson Real Estate

I was recently looking for some property on Lake Greeson Arkansas where real estate is very affordable. I love the idea of having a piece of Lake Greeson Real Estate to hang on to forever and pass along to my children, to enjoy. Why is it that there are no houses permitted on certain lakes in Arkansas? Is there anyway that you can start a petition or something to open up a discussion about generating some income to these towns now with lake access and nothing to do with it. Who should I call???
